General Policy
All sales are final. No refunds or returns.
Due to the nature of our pre-order drop system and our zero-waste manufacturing philosophy, every piece is accounted for. All discounted or archive-sale pieces are also final sale and strictly ineligible for refund or exchange.
Exchanges & Defects
Exchanges are strictly limited to instances where an error occurred on our end, such as a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item being shipped. These claims are only valid for 30 days after the item is delivered.
If a defect is verified, the correct piece will be shipped to you. If the piece is archived or unavailable, store credit will be issued instead. In these instances, Animāto will cover all associated shipping charges. Please contact our support team via email to initiate this process.
Order & Address Corrections
If a mistake was made regarding your order sizing or shipping address at checkout, you must contact Animāto support (via email or Instagram direct message) within 24 hours of purchase.
Failure to notify us within this window locks the order into our production and fabric sourcing queue, resulting in an inability to amend the details. Please double-check all shipping and sizing information before securing your piece.
If a package is returned to our facility due to a customer error (e.g., incorrect address provided, failure to claim the package at customs or the post office), the customer is responsible for covering all re-shipping charges.
Shipping & Courier Responsibility
Tracking information is provided for all garments and standard accessories. Tracking is not provided for smaller items like stickers.
Animāto relinquishes responsibility for the package once it is handed over to the courier. For transit issues, missing updates, or delivery disputes after the order has been dispatched, please contact the mailing service directly. We have no control over the logistics network once the package leaves our facility.
